The rules for settling bets on cancelled or abandoned matches at cv66vip are straightforward — but it's worth knowing the details.
If the match is completely cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it starts — due to weather, venue issues, or any other reason — all bets placed on that match are automatically voided and the full stake is returned to your account balance. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
If a match starts but is abandoned mid-way: The outcome here depends on how much of the match was played and the official rules of that sport. In cricket, if more than half the scheduled overs are completed, a result is typically given via the DLS method — and cv66vip settles bets accordingly. In football, if 90 minutes are not completed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
For parlay bets covering multiple matches: If one leg of a parlay bet is cancelled, that selection is treated as a "push" and the remaining legs determine the outcome. The entire parlay is not voided.
If you notice any issue with a settlement, go to the "Betting History" section of your account and review the details of the relevant bet. If you have a dispute, contact the support team within 24 hours — submitting your complaint with a screenshot helps resolve it faster.
